Clinical Social Worker, MSW, LCSWA
Lauren specializes in supporting the SOF community through both life and service-related stressors. She focuses on operational stress, trauma, and readjustment, as well as the impacts these experiences can have on individuals and their family systems. She recognizes the strength it takes to serve—and the quiet resilience often required to support those who do. As a MARSOC spouse of eight years, Lauren understands the intense demands of the SOF community on a deeply personal level, including the constant shifts of training cycles, deployments, and reintegration. She has seen firsthand the unique challenges this community faces, from operational stress and repeated transitions to the quiet weight many families carry behind closed doors. Professionally, Lauren brings experience as a therapist with the VA, where she supported veterans navigating PTSD, moral injury, and the long-term effects of service-related stressors. She understands the complexities of military culture and the barriers many face in seeking help. Now, Lauren is committed to serving the SOF community as a practical, informed and effective resource—providing the support they deserve. Lauren’s goal is to provide care that is realistic, accessible, and genuine—supporting SOF in a way that honors the realities of their lives while helping them navigate stress, build resilience, and find steadiness in the midst of ongoing demands.
